Begin in room 103 for light breakfast snacks,
singing, and fellowship. From there “Shepherds” will herd your little sheep

church room to wait for you to pick them up.
Youth “Sunday School On the Move” (Middle School and Senior Highs)
Following a light breakfast provided by the host
family, Middle School and Senior Highs meet for a time of study in homes off
campus and return to the church for worship.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to offer your home

BIBLE DISCOVERY………………………………………... Room 106
“Sharing” is the best descriptive word for this
class. We begin with a time of “care, share, and prayer”—a vital part of this
class. We share our lives with one another as we ask for specific prayers and
thank God for specific blessings. The class also shares the leadership roll in
Bible study or has a guest teacher. “Exploring the Importance of the Old
Testament for Christians” will be the topic for our first study, led by
Pastor Lee Kinney. As Christians, we insist that God addresses us in both Old
and New Testaments. Yet the truth is that most sermons and bible studies in
Presbyterian churches are based on the New Testament, and most of our
devotional reading, except perhaps for the Psalms, is centered on the New
Testament, as well. Why not just quietly let the Old Testament recede into the
shadows, some may ask? Come learn about the value the Hebrew Scriptures bring
to our Christian walk, as together we explore the importance of the Old
Testament for Christians.
SEEKERS……………………………………………………Room 109
If you ever feel overwhelmed by the Bible, or
think you do not know much about it, then this is the class for you. In the
Seekers class we gather and journey through the biblical text together as we
all seek to learn something to apply to our daily lives. This year we will
learn more about Moses, the Ten Plagues, the Tabernacle and the Ten
Commandments as we read through the Book of Exodus. You are warmly invited to
come and meet some fun people in this adult class of all ages. Reading the
Bible is so much fun, why put if off another year?
SOJOURNERS……………………………………………... Room 118
The Sojourners, under the leadership of Al Hodge,
will begin the year with an Old Testament study as they explore the book of
Exodus. They meet in the classroom beside the Pastor’s office door.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION……………………………………………..Room 104
This class for Young
Adults (and the young at heart!) will begin the year with a study based on the
Max Lucado book, Outlive Your Life: You Were Made to Make a Difference. This
engaging study follows the incredible real-life stories of people who are
making their lives count. Join us in the adventure to find how you can make our
own life count for “something bigger than you.”
